Azorra Aviation announces that it has entered into an agreement with funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. (“Oaktree”), under which Oaktree and Azorra’s founders will invest $350 million to expand Azorra’s commercial aircraft leasing business.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, March 13, 2019 — Azorra Aviation LLC announced that it has delivered one Embraer E190 aircraft to WDL Aviation. This marks the first of several E190 aircraft that Azorra will lease to WDL Aviation are part of a fleet update underway at this established ACMI and charter service provider based in Cologne, Germany. The E190 aircraft are replacing BAE146 models that will be retired in due course.
