Azorra strengthens widebody portfolio with A330-200 acquisition

Azorra has acquired one Airbus A330-200 (MSN 1161) from, TrueNoord, marking the latest addition to its widebody portfolio.

The aircraft is currently on lease to Maldivian Airlines, the flag carrier of the Maldives, expanding Azorra’s global footprint as it adds a new airline customer and operating jurisdiction.

The transaction also supports the lessor’s continued commitment to widebody aircraft, after acquiring Airbus A330 and Boeing 777-300ER aircraft in 2023. Over the past three years, Azorra has actively managed this segment by extending leases and transitioning aircraft to new lessees.

Today, Azorra’s portfolio comprises 194 owned and managed aircraft, including six widebodies. While maintaining a disciplined approach to portfolio management, the company continues to actively pursue opportunities that offer strong long-term value and demand.
