Azorra welcomes the newest member of our Team, Doire Shiels!

Doire joined Azorra in July 2026 and serves as our Vice President – Trading & Engine Marketing.

Prior to joining Azorra, Doire served as Director – Trading & Leasing for KP Aviation. As part of the acquisitions team, Doire was responsible for building a newly formed leasing platform for the Company, specializing in mature and end of life assets. He was directly responsible for both the origination of aircraft along with lease management and trading. 

Prior to joining KP Aviation, Doire spent several years at Zephyrus Aviation Capital, working across a number of functions, including Vice President – Commercial. Doire started his career at PwC Dublin, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor. 

Doire holds a Bachelor of Business and Law from University College Dublin and a Masters in Accounting from Smurfit Graduate Business School, Dublin.
