Azorra completes acquisition of aircraft portfolios from DAE

Azorra is today announcing the successful acquisition of 49 Embraer E-Jet aircraft and two General Electric CF-34 engines from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd (“DAE”). Since the initial purchase agreement in May 2025, the leases for these assets have been transferred to 12 different airline customers worldwide.
