We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to support the team in managing a global fleet of leased commercial aircraft, gain hands-on exposure to aircraft maintenance, airworthiness, records, and transition projects while working with experienced aviation professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Records Support

• Assist with maintenance forecasts, utilization analysis, and technical reporting.
• Help prepare summaries and presentations for internal teams.

Data & Documentation Management

• Update internal databases, tracking sheets, and dashboards.
• Support preparation of technical due‑diligence materials.

Team Collaboration

• Participate in meetings with Technical, Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects and asset management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of aircraft system and/or FAA regulations preferred.
• Familiarity with common commercial aircraft types preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks at once while staying organized and focused.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus.
