Ken joined Azorra in August 2018 and serves as our Chief Legal Officer, with responsibility for legal and transaction management, compliance and corporate affairs.
Ken brings over 30 years of aviation industry experience, including advising airlines, leasing companies and private clients on the purchase, sale and leasing of aircraft, engines and other aviation equipment, financings, joint ventures and strategic alliances, OEM purchases and support agreements and general corporate matters. Ken also has significant capital markets and M&A experience, including public and private equity and debt offerings, securitizations and public and private M&A transactions, both domestic and cross border, in the aviation industry and other sectors.
Prior to joining Azorra, Ken engaged in the private practice of law for 35 years, including as a partner of Greenberg Traurig, a major international law firm, for over 28 years. Ken also served as a director of Jetscape Aviation Group until its 2016 sale. Ken holds a Bachelor of Art from Tulane University and a J.D. from University of Miami.

Louise joined Azorra in January 2026 and serves as our Contracts Manager.
Louise brings 15 years of industry experience from her former roles at ELFC, GECAS, and most recently, NAC, where she developed her expertise in aircraft leasing and delivery operations. She specializes in managing lease closings, overseeing novations, and driving cross‑functional deal execution to ensure smooth, efficient transactions.
Louise holds a Law Degree from the University of Limerick, a Law Society Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance, and is also qualified as a solicitor with the Law Society in Ireland.

Gerelmaa joined Azorra in December 2020 and serves as our Assistant Vice President – Legal.
Prior to joining Azorra, she served as Legal Manager at Nordic Aviation Capital and Jetscape Aviation Group and held associate position at international law firms in Turkey and Mongolia.
Gerelmaa holds an LL.B. degree from the National University of Mongolia, LL.M. Commercial International Law degree from the University of Nottingham, and LL.M. Banking and Financial Law degree from Boston University. Gerelmaa is licensed to practice law in Mongolia.

Lisa joined Azorra in January 2024 and serves as our Senior Vice President – Legal.
Lisa has over 15 years of aviation financing and leasing experience. Prior to joining Azorra, Lisa served as General Counsel at Voyager Aviation Holdings. Prior to working at Voyager Aviation Holdings, Lisa was with the law firm of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. Prior to her time at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, Lisa served as the General Counsel of Global Jet Capital, Inc. with an expansive focus on international aircraft leasing transactions. She began her aviation career as Senior Counsel for the Corporate Aircraft division at GE Capital with a focus primarily on domestic aircraft financing.
Lisa holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University.

Angela joined Azorra in January 2024 and serves as our Assistant Vice President – Contracts.
Angela has over 25 years of experience in the aircraft leasing and satellite industries. Prior to joining Azorra, Angela served as Director of Contracts Management at Voyager Aviation Holdings and previously held the position of Contracts Manager at Aircastle Aviation LLC. She gained extensive international business exposure while working overseas in the Middle East for over a decade.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Mercy College, Angela went on to earn two associate degrees from University of Bridgeport (Paralegal Studies) and Mercy College (English Literature).

Galina joined Azorra in December 2024 and serves as Vice President – Legal.
Prior to joining Azorra, Galina spent 5 years as Vice President - Legal with Abelo Capital Aviation Management Limited (formerly known as Elix Aviation Capital Limited), a regional aircraft lessor. Galina worked as Legal Counsel with GTLK Europe DAC and as a transaction execution manager with SMBC Aviation Capital Limited specializing in narrow and wide body aircraft.
Galina is an Irish qualified solicitor and has been admitted to practice law in England and Wales. She holds a bachelor's degree in law and a master's degree in history.

Thomas joined Azorra in August 2023 and serves as our General Counsel.
Thomas brings a broad range of experience to the role, having lead the establishment and management of Intrepid Aviation’s presence in Ireland. This was preceded by his role as Chief Counsel at CIT Aerospace, where he led the Legal team with responsibility for transaction execution within the Asia-Pacific, as well as the EMEA regions. Most recently he served in the role of Head of Legal at China Construction Bank Leasing.
Prior to moving to Ireland, Thomas served in aviation legal roles at TUI, the European tour operator, as well as at Airclaims, serving the aviation insurance market.
Thomas has had a life-long interest in aviation, which also led him to obtain his private pilot’s license in the UK whilst studying at university. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Edinburgh University, and masters degrees in Air & Space Law from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and Air Transport Management from Cranfield University in the UK.

Michael joined Azorra in January 2024 and serves as our Vice President – Legal.
Michael has over 10 years of experience in asset finance and aircraft leasing. Prior to joining Azorra, Michael served as Senior Vice President – Legal at Voyager Aviation Holdings. Prior to working at Voyager Aviation Holdings, Michael served as as associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pitman LLP in New York, and subsequently served as Transaction Counsel for FPG Amentum Limited in Dublin, Ireland.
Michael holds Bachelor of Arts and J.D. degrees from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) from Trinity College, Dublin. Michael is also a member of the New York State Bar and has been admitted to practice as a solicitor in Ireland.
