Azorra welcomes the newest member of our Team, Nermine El Shershaby!

Nermine joined Azorra in September 2026 and serves as our Vice President – Technical.

Prior to joining Azorra, Nermine served as Vice President, Technical Asset Management at Air Lease Corporation (ALC) / Sumisho Corporation. Her responsibilities included lease origination and negotiations, new aircraft deliveries, aircraft transitions, engineering project management, engine shop visit oversight, cost control, and asset valuation.

Before joining ALC, Nermine was the founder and co-owner of NES Aviation, an aircraft asset and technical management company. She also held positions with several airlines and the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority.

Nermine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cairo University, and is fluent in both Arabic and French.
