Azorra welcomes the newest member of our Team, Sardor Mamadjanov!

Sardor joined Azorra in June 2026 and serves as our Assistant Vice President – Pricing.

Sardor brings extensive experience spanning fleet financial performance, commercial aircraft leasing, and asset maintenance economics.

Prior to joining Azorra, Sardor led the Fleet Maintenance Finance division at Spirit Airlines. In this role, he specialized in cost optimization, advanced financial modeling, and complex commercial negotiations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and aircraft lessors.

Sardor holds a Bachelor of Science in Air Transportation Management and a Master of Science in Aviation Finance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he also completed the specialized ISTAT U program.
