Azorra welcomes newest member of our Technical Team

Azorra welcomes the newest member of our Technical Team, John Jacobsson!

John Jacobsson joined Azorra in June 2024 and serves as Technical Manager.

Prior to joining Azorra, John was a Technical Records Analyst at FTAI Aviation where he initially supported the records review for engine redelivery. He then moved on to managing the engines acquisition records reviews and the quality assurance of the technical data in NAV (Dynamic 365).

John began his career in aviation at Jetscape Aviation Group in 2014 as an Intern. Following his internship, John joined Jetscape full-time as a Technical Operations Administrator, where he was responsible for Parts Inventory, Records Management and Technical Specifications of the entire fleet. In 2016, Jetscape Aviation Group was acquired by Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), where he continued managing the Technical Specification for the combined NAC, Aldus Aviation and Jetscape fleet. John also supported the Mid-lease Physical inspections during this time.

John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Naga University in the Philippines where he majored in Marketing Management and a Level 7 Certificate for Aircraft Records from Limerick Institute of Technology.
