Portfolio Manager – Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Operations and working closely with the Operations team, this role will play an integral part in the full accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate and timely lessee invoicing and account management and will be key in managing relationships with our global customers and ensuring that all revenue is accounted for correctly and efficiently. 

• Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including generation and issuance of lease invoices (rent, maintenance reserves, etc.).
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from lessees and trading partners.
• Reconcile lease accounts and follow up on overdue balances professionally and proactively.
• Assist in the maintenance of up-to-date aging reports.
• Liaise closely with Commercial, Contracts, and Legal teams to understand contract terms and billing requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements in billing, collection, and reporting.
• Partner with auditors and support compliance with internal controls.
• Use lease and finance management software and systems to manage accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, finance or contract management, ideally within leasing, aviation, or asset-based industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of AR principles, billing systems, and lease invoicing processes.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage high-value, complex transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with lessees globally.
• A team player with strong collaborative skills and desire to work in a dynamic and growing environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable and trustworthy.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experience in lease management systems (LeaseWorks a plus).
• Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus.
