Contracts Manager – Key Responsibilities

The Contracts Manager will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, work closely with all departments
and play an important role on our team.

• Prepare, draft, negotiate and coordinate with airline clients, OEM partners, financiers and third-party buyers all Conditions Precedent documents and deliverables (“CPs”) in connection with the purchase, sale, financing and leasing activities of the Company as it relates to the delivery, redelivery and sale of aircraft, as applicable, in accordance with the contractual agreements. Attend delivery events with our OEM partners in Mirabel, São Paulo, or elsewhere as required;
• Monitoring Company and counterparty compliance with reporting and contractual requirements;
• Monitoring and review of all airline client insurance certificates and ensure they are uploaded to data system and Company drive;
• Monitoring and review of all airline client letters of credit and ensure they are uploaded to data system and Company drive;
• Prepare and assemble post-transaction files (transaction bibles) and upload into Company document management system to ensure the reliability and integrity of all lease and asset information for use Company-wide, including periodic auditing of such information;
• Manage the collection, uploading, and management of customer contracts during the Lease Term;
• Coordinating transactional, corporate and compliance requirements for Company subsidiaries;
• Assisting with customer and Company “Know your Customer” (KYC);
• Producing, maintaining, and distributing reports for internal and external purposes;
• Assisting with review of non-disclosure agreements with customers and third parties;
• Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support Company transactions and maintenance of subsidiary companies’ corporate records;
• Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support documentary requirements for transactions (aircraft purchases, sales, leases, and financings) and recordkeeping.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years’ experience in a contract management role, with aviation industry knowledge/experience preferred;
• College degree preferred;
• Excellent organizational, prioritizing and managing projects to meet deadlines;
• Ability to show initiative and be forward thinking;
• Be a strong team player with ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in and outside the organization;
• Embrace strong relationships while engaging with airlines, aircraft manufacturers as well as law and accounting firms across global locations;
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Reliable and trustworthy;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); prior experience with contract database or management software helpful;
• Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus.
