Azorra is pleased to announce that Spencer Schwartz has been appointed to its Board of Directors and will also serve as Chair of Azorra’s Audit Committee.
Spencer is an accomplished business executive with a distinguished career in corporate leadership and global finance, evidenced by his track record of enhancing shareholder value in high-growth organizations. Most recently, Spencer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Air Worldwide, a leading global provider of outsourced aircraft and aviation operating services. His experience spans corporate governance, strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offering (IPO), corporate finance, risk management, information technology, investor relations and business resiliency.

Prior to joining Atlas Air, Spencer worked for Mastercard Incorporated, Carl Zeiss, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC (“PwC”), and also operated his own accounting and tax practice. Spencer earned an MBA with honors from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University, and is a certified public accountant (CPA)
