Job Title & Responsibilities – Contracts Administrator

Reporting to the legal team and working closely with other departments and outside legal counsel, the Contracts Administrator will be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and play an important role in providing support to our team.  Responsibilities will include:

• Uploading and managing contract information in company document management systems
• Producing, maintaining and distributing reports for internal and external purposes
• Monitoring company/counterparty compliance with reporting and contractual requirements
• Assisting in “Know Your Customer” (KYC) processes
• Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support documentary requirements for transactions (aircraft purchases, sales, leases and financings) and recordkeeping

Professional Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years’ experience in contract administration role; aviation industry experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in and outside the organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as flexibility and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Prior experience with databases and contract management systems helpful
• Well-organized and able to track and maintain high volume of documents and communications
• Fluent in English.  We are in an international business; languages other than English are a plus
