Azorra is a relationship-driven commercial aircraft lessor, providing lease, financing, and asset management solutions with a focus on regional, crossover and small narrowbody aircraft.  Our team is led by industry veterans with a shared history of success and a wealth of experience in aircraft leasing.  We have the financial backing of funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management L.P. The company is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has an office in Dublin, Ireland. Since our inception, we have completed transactions on over 50 aircraft.  We currently own and manage 17 aircraft and have purchase commitments to acquire over 45 additional aircraft.

Job Title – Contracts Administration Manager

Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and working closely with other management and outside legal counsel, the Contracts Administration Managerwill be based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and play an important role in providing support to our team.  Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting on the documentary aspects of aircraft purchase, sale, lease and financing transactions, including preparing, reviewing and coordinating execution of conditions precedent and closing documents
• Tracking pre-closing events, transactional requirements and closing activities
• Coordinating transactional, corporate and compliance requirements for Company subsidiaries, including internal approvals for transactions and regulatory filings
• Gathering, uploading and managing contracts and related information in Company document management systems
• Assisting in KYC processes
• Performing other duties as assigned or requested to support Company transactions and maintenance of subsidiary companies’ corporate records

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in a contract management role, with aviation industry knowledge / experience preferred
• College degree preferred
• Excellent organizational, time and project management skills and attention to detail
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple deadlines and projects
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in and outside the organization
• Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
• Fluent in English; we are in an international business and languages other than English are a plus
