Azorra has agreed to exercise its purchase rights to acquire an additional 15 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. This adds to Azorra’s 20 aircraft firm orderbook, bringing Azorra’s total orderbook with Embraer to 35 aircraft.

Azorra is delighted to announce that it has signed lease agreements for ten new Embraer E195-E2 aircraft with SKS Airways in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This paves the way for the airline’s exciting expansion plans at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, formerly known as Subang Airport (“Subang Airport”) strategically located near the city of Kuala Lumpur. Deliveries of the aircraft to SKS are scheduled to commence in early 2024.

Azorra has signed an agreement with Embraer to acquire 20 new E2 family aircraft, plus a further 30 purchase rights. This flexible deal enables Azorra to acquire E190-E2 or E195-E2 aircraft. At list prices, the order is valued at USD 3.9 billion. Azorra is a Florida-based aircraft leasing company specializing in executive, regional and crossover aircraft. Deliveries will begin in 2023, adding a further 20 Embraer aircraft to the 21 already in Azorra’s existing and committed portfolio.
