Eve and Azorra Partnership
Eve Air Mobility, an Embraer company, and Azorra, a longstanding partner and lessor of Embraer aircraft, signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to order up to 200 of Eve’s electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. This collaboration, in addition to the investor partnership announced today, confirms Azorra and Eve’s joint commitment to provide accessible transportation and infrastructure solutions for early adopters of the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) industry.

Azorra Delivers E170 #5 & #6!
Azorra is pleased to announce that it has recently delivered two Embraer E170s, MSNs 17000302 and 17000305, on long-term lease to American Airlines to be operated by its wholly owned Envoy regional subsidiary.
These E170s represent the 5th and 6th aircraft delivered to American Airlines, concluding the six aircraft transaction.

Azorra is pleased to announce that it has recently delivered two Embraer E170s, MSNs 17000302 and 17000305, on long-term lease to American Airlines to be operated by its wholly owned Envoy regional subsidiary.

Azorra welcomes the newest members of our Team!
Azorra Welcomes Maria Prothero and Deanna Gelman. Maria Prothero initially interned at Azorra and we are happy to have her return as Marketing Coordinator, supporting our commercial team in customer development and aircraft marketing.
Deanna Gelman is joining Azorra after having held recent accounting roles at B Ocean Resort and Vision Three Sixty. Deanna will join the accounting group as a Staff Accountant.

Porter Airlines Sale Leaseback Transaction. Azorra is pleased to announce that it has entered into a sale leaseback transaction with Porter Airlines for five new E195-E2 aircraft with the first delivery scheduled for summer 2022.  The transaction includes financing of manufacturer pre-delivery payments together with long-term operating leases of Embraer’s largest E2 crossover jet.

Azorra is pleased to welcome Douglas Mathieson, Technical Manager!
Douglas joined Azorra in September 2021 as our Technical Manager, with responsibility for the coordination of the day-to-day functions within the Technical Department. Prior to joining Azorra, Douglas held various positions within the aviation support industry including airline accounts manager, quality control manager, and logistics coordinator for several major South Florida aviation logistics companies.
